The technician Rembelt was very nice and helpful. He knew his stuff however I was astonished that it cost $253.00 just to replace a dryer plug that is why I signed for the club membership.

Extended electrical service for a installation of a crystal clear water system
Found wires burning up under Bad breaker. Upgraded to a new 30 amp breaker and checked receptacle for any damage all was in good order.
How many tightened and tested electrical panel up graded to outlets in the floor box
Fixed Gfci breaker that was wired incorrectly causing a hazardous situation. Fixed open spices in attic that were loose and not safe.
On the back patio of the home found faulty and corroded GFCI outlet damage from the salt from the ocean. Installed new GFCI outlet all back patio outlets now work correctly
Test all receptacles tightened all the screws and electrical panel and tested for good power all was good

Recommended that she replace her smoke detectors in 2017 the existing smoke detectors were installed in 2007. Everything in the home working well and safely.

Found outlet on back patio with no power to it. In the electric panel also found tripped GFCI breaker turned breaker back on ,all tests good .I explained to customer that the GFCI breaker trips on moisture and the proper way to rest the breaker,also suggested that after the rain stops to check all the exterior outlets to check if all the weather proof covers are still good and to caulk around the covers for better protection against moisture.
